Annual Billing
We send out our Annual Billing after the Annual meeting in Oct/ November. Then billing gets sent out again in January after the 15th for those who we have not received payment for. Then we send a a finial Feb/March. Your address is the account number.

According to the CCNR and Bylaws in the event any party fails to pay, within 30days of receiving a bill for their portion of expense, the the Hoa may file a lien. The best way to know if your dues or fines have been paid is checking your personal account for if check has been cashed
