The HOA sends out information by email to reduce costs and improve speed. If you are not already on the email list and would like to be added, please send an email to hoa@nisquallymeadowshoa.com or contact a current board member. A meeting notice is also being sent directly to homeowners at least 30 days prior in accordance with the By-laws.

ANNUAL YARD SALE 2025!!-
We are planning The Annual Yard sale for June 20th, 21st, 22nd & July 18th, 19th & 20th , 2025 from 9-5pm. Any homes participating may start or end at their convenience. The HOA will provide large signs at the entrance of our neighborhood., We will also post signs and flyers around town, and on all social media sites. We are not doing a newspaper ad, due to it not being as popular.
The City of Yelm Does require a permit, but it's Free from the police station. We are looking forward to walking around the neighborhood to see what is for sale.

HALLOWEEN: If you haven't done halloween in Nisqually Meadows you are in for a tricky treat! There have been upwards of 350+ kids on some nights! Be ready!
