ANIMAL CONTROL COMPLAINT

Here is the form to submit to Thurston county Joint Animal services if you have an animal-related complaint. If there is a problem with a neighbor's animal becoming a nuisance, you can also bring that issue to the Board or ACC. The first course of action should always be to politely bring the issue to the attention of the homeowner before you ask others to get involved.

large tree by street

The city owns all Street trees because they are located on public property within the street right of way. The agreement between the HOA and City is the HOA is responsible for maintenance. Nisqually Meadows has passed that responsibility on to its individual homeowners. If Individual homeowner chooses to remove and replace a street tree (for any reason) They may do so at their expense, but must be replaced with a tree from the approved list above. The City dose require a permit, this permit fee is often waived for replacement of unsafe, dead or dying trees. The HOA also requires an ACC request for removal and require it to be replaced.
