NEW SIGNAGE

Hello residents, some of you might have noticed the new signage posted at the ponds. 

The last couple of years we have seen an uptick in motorcycles & E-bikes being ridden in & through the ponds, which has caused damage such as ruts and soil displacement. The board made the decision to purchase signs to make the residents and neighbors of the development aware there are consequences for causing damage to the ponds through improper usage, and violators may be held financially liable for damage they cause.  

Motor vehicles, e bikes, e-scooters, ATV or anything similar are not allowed in our ponds or park. 

If violation continues, we will look into fences, large boulders or other means to restrict access to those areas. The cost incurred by having to add fences or boulders may cause an increase in our dues, which none of us want.

We know many children in the neighborhood enjoy using those areas for play. While this is not what the ponds should be used for, we understand that without a neighborhood park there is very limited space for children to run and play. We respectfully ask that all residents be mindful of themselves, as well as educate their children on proper/improper usage, and the importance of cleaning up after themselves. 

We will be installing the remaining signs within the next month.
