Annual Dues Assessment for 2025

Dear Homeowners,

 

Click below for your copy of the 2025 Annual Dues Assessment Billing for your property in the

Nisqually Estates Homeowners Association (aka Nisqually Meadows).

 

The annual assessment for 2025 is $300.00 and is due by January 1st, 2025.  It is considered

late if not received by January 15th, 2025.  Interest starts to accrue at the annual rate of 12%

after January 15th, 2025 (CC&R Article X, Sections 7 and 8).

The HOA will be placing liens on properties that have not paid their dues by Saturday March 1st.

There will be no other notification. We use a law firm to place liens so in order to have the lien

removed the homeowner will incur all costs associated with placement and removal. 

​
