Annual Yard Sale

Hello residents,
We are planning the annual yard sale for June 12th, 13th & 14th and July 17th, 18th, & 19th, 2026 from 9am-5pm. Any homes participating may start and stop at their convenience.
The HOA will provide large signs at the entrances of our neighborhood. We will also post signs and flyers around town, as well as on all social media sites. We are not doing a newspaper ad, due to it not being as popular.
The city of Yelm does require a permit, but it's free from the police station. We are looking forward to walking around the neighborhood to see what is for sale.
