Dear Homeowners,

The Board of Directors has an unexpected vacancy on the Board for the position of ACC Chairperson. This is a full Director position and would be filled by a vote of the four remaining serving Board members in accordance with our By-Laws. The homeowner would serve out the remaining term of the ACC Chairperson (along with the other Board members) until the conclusion of the Annual Meeting in October 2023.
