Hello residents of Nisqually Meadows,
We have recently gotten a response from the City of Yelm about the Irrigation at the front entrance. First of all, our contact Derrick has left the city and is only a contactor providing development engineering services now for the city. According to him he gave his observations and responses to Patrick Hughes and Cody Colt about the sidewalk project before he left.
Attached below is the response from Patrick and how he’s claiming we are stating “Allegedly Damaged by the city contractor”. Which is not correct. We have been trying to get ahold of them about the irrigation for over a month. Furthermore, why would we damage or destroy the irrigation system if it was in working order before the city did any work. They did not answer any our questions and have not done what we ask. We have requested a written quote from Lawn pros and as soon we have it backed it will be passed on to the city.
Are planning to have Lawn pros repair the Irrigation system within the next month.
