We are going to allow early Holiday Decorating. Starting today Halloween can be put up And Christmas you can start 11/1 Both holidays will have a decoration contest.
THE HOLIDAY DECORATIONS MUST BE TAKEN DOWN WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTTER THE HOLIDAY. Last year there was a handful of homes who did not do this, if it happens again we will have to consider not decorating early next year.
