architecture control committee (ACC) vacancy

Hello Nisqually Meadows homeowners

The architecture control committee (ACC) has recently developed a vacancy in the group. The Board is looking to appoint a new member. If interested please send or drop off in a written request to be considered for the committee.

Per our CCnR the committee shall consist of no more then 3 members. Must be a homeowner that is in good standing. ACC members serve until they resign or are removed. The Board would prefer homeowner who is currently living in the development or lives close by.

Some ACC responsibilities are as follows: schedule drive around with other ACC members, observe, note, and follow up on violations, work with Board to send notices, review code/ HOA documents for homeowners architecture control request, and make decisions on the plans.
