We just want to remind those who have not paid their 2024 dues that there is still time. The next fee increase is Feb 15th, 2024 and liens are scheduled to be placed on properties Friday, March 1st.. Jan 15-Feb 14th- Dues are $303.00 If you send a check through the mail, please email us so we know to expect it. It does need to arrive before March 1st. Board members are home most of the week and can accept payments - email us for drop off times.

Just a reminder we now have a digital payment option (2.9%+0.30).
