ACC Guidelines

The Board decided to set a timeline for the update and give all homeowners an opportunity to comment or make proposed changes to the ACC Rules and Guidelines.

Proposed ACC Guidelines are posted for public comment of the general membership on Nisqually Meadows HOA Website.  Copies for a hard copy are available for a small fee ($13). Changes are in Red.

Comment period start September 15, 2024

Comments deadline (45 days) Oct 30, 2024. 

Changes incorporated period Oct 31-Nov 7 2024

Broad to bring to Vote Annual Meeting Nov. 9 2024
