Park Renovation Element Options
If homeowners approve the park restoration with 66% of the vote (80 votes) the Board will be voting on which elements to include in the Park. Not all work will be done in one year. We will not be putting in any swings or other large equipment. All of these suggestions below are from homeowners and the committee that has been working to get the prices for us.
Park Elements Option 1
Commercial Tether-Ball Set= $415
Two ADA tables mounted on existing concrete=$2780
BBQ Grill=$523
Concrete pathway from sidewalk to existing concrete square
Little Library$600
Park Equipment= $4,318
Installation= $3,275 ($1175 for tables and grill & $2100 for tether-ball, concrete path, and library)
Total Park Project= $7,640.47 (tax for tables and grill $377.47, minus $330 for discount)

Commercial Tether-Ball Set= $415
One ADA table mounted in-ground= $1360
Little Library= $600
Park Equipment= $2,375
Installation= $937 ($87 for tether-ball, $850 for table)
Total Park Project= $3,513.11 (tax on table $201.11)
